Registration
The first Madrid Foot & Ankle Course on April 5 and 6, 2018 is fully booked. Registration for the 2018 course has closed. We invite you to make a preliminary registration for future editions. If you click on the pre-registration/waiting list button and fill the form, you can leave your contact details. This is without obligations. Pre-registration gives priority access to the next course + a place on the waiting list for the Madrid course in April 2018.

How to register
Registration must be completed by the registration buttons above and below. You will need to complete the registration form and pay the relevant registration via the online payment gateway, by bank transfer or credit card.
If you pay by bank transfer, please state the name of the attendee in the description line of the bank transfer.
Confirmation of registration
Once payment has been received your registration on the course will be confirmed by email.
Proof of Payment
Once the registration fee has been paid, an invoice will be posted in the private area of the website of each attendee.
Cancellation and Changes
After 25 January 2018, a cancellation charge of 100% will apply. Before that date, cancellations must be reported in writing to the technical secretariat. A charge of €100 administration fee will be applied.
Any incident, refund or credit will be processed further to prior verification by the Technical Secretariat 30 days after the end of the Course.
